Millwrights – Western Cape (Various – Wellington / Ceres / Grabouw – TetraPak / high speed packaging experience essential to be considered)
Various beverage / food processing companies in the Western Cape – Wellington / Ceres / Grabouw requires Maintenance Millwrights with Matric / Grade 12, NTC 4, trade test certificate and 4-5years mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs experience on TetraPak / high speed beverage machinery and equipment – fillers, cappers, wrappers, conveyors and all other related plant machinery and equipment.
Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the execution of preventive maintenance and repairs, schedules inspections on all TetraPak / high speed packaging and food processing machinery and equipment.
maintenance and repair of equipment in the process environment as well as in the workshop
troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical equipment and repair of identified problems
management of contractors handling specific projects on site
ensure that correct parts are kept in stock
work in a team on a (at times) shift basis with the production department in order to achieve the
